recover-ing:

super pancakes! they may seem really, really easy to make (and they are), but these are the best pancakes i’ve ever tasted!
3/4 cup cake flour2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt3/4 cup skim milk2 egg whites
Sprinkle a dash of salt over the egg whites and beat until stiff, but not dry. In another bottle, add milk to flour and rest of the salt. Beat until smooth. Add baking powder and beat a few seconds more. Fold in beaten egg whites. Tadaaa!
They have only 26 calories in each pancake and they are delicious!
